Crédit Lyonnais Bank Slovakia, a.s. was established by Crédit Lyonnais (90% investment) and Všeobecná úverová banka, a.s. (10 % investment) in 1993, as the first foreign bank in the
new republic with a capital of SKK 500 million.
As a wholesale bank with a full license to conduct banking activities, it offers a wide variety of commercial banking products and services to large international companies, joint-ventures and export oriented Slovakian companies.
The Bank began its activities in June 1994. It has 40 employees and about 200 clients.
