D. BANKING DAYS

8. A banking day for domestic or foreign exchange payment transactions shall be a working day on which banks in Bratislava, Slovak Republic, and in case of foreign exchange payments in the relating foreign country, are open for business. Saturdays, Sundays, national and bank holidays in the Slovak Republic, and in case of foreign exchange payments in the relating foreign country, Saturdays, Sundays, national and bank holidays, shall not be considered as banking days.

9. Messages delivered via SWIFT system and received after 11:00 Central European Time on a banking day shall be considered as received on the following banking day. The spot value date, for purposes of executing payment orders or crediting the Client's account after receipt of funds, will mean the date two banking days following either receipt of such payment order.
