G. INTEREST RATES, FEES, COMMISSIONS, COSTS AND EXPENSES

19. Interest rates are available from authorized bank staff. Bank fees and commissions shall be charged according to the Charges & Fees, if no other arrangement has been made with the Client. Charges & Fees include all fees and commissions payable to the Bank for its services but do not include any fees, commissions, charges or other disbursements payable to the third parties.

20. Calculation of interest, fees and commission will be made on the basis of the actual number of days of a year with 360 days for (including the first day and excluding the last day).

21. Agreements between the Bank and Client regarding interest rates, commissions and other charges will be based on market terms and conditions for commonly used services and transactions in the banking business. If no mutual agreement between the Bank and Client has been concluded, the respective interest rate, fee, commission or other charges shall be determined based on market customs and circumstances, as stated in Articles 499, 502, and 571 of the Commercial Code, depending on the nature of the transaction.

22. The Bank shall credit or debit to Customer's account the agreed, or in case when the interest has not been agreed, the customary interest, commission, fees and periodic charges and taxes at the end of the month, quarter, half-year or a calendar year. The Bank reserves the right to alter and amend interest rates, commissions, fees and charges at any time, notably pursuant to a change in market circumstances. The Bank shall inform the Customer thereof by circular letter or any other suitable means.

23. The Client shall bear all costs and expenses arising out of the business relationship with the Bank, including the taxes, insurance costs, costs for telecommunications and postal services. The Client authorizes the Bank to debit his/her account with any such costs and expenses.

24. Fees, commissions and other charges are collected in the same currency as the account to which they relate to. The Bank may, to its sole discretion, charge the above mentioned charges in Slovak crowns.
