M. STOCK EXCHANGE OPERATIONS; DOCUMENTARY CREDITS; COLLECTIONS
49. Besides these Terms and Conditions and general terms and conditions and legal regulations of the Slovak Republic, the following provisions shall apply:
(i) for stock exchange and securities market operations the specific legal regulations of the Slovak Republic for this area and the customs valid for the place and market concerned;
(ii) the Uniform Customs and Practice of the International Chamber of Commerce for the documentary credits, issued by the ICC;
(iii) the Uniform Rules of Collections for collections and acceptance of payments, issued by the ICC.
