R. JURISDICTION FOR DISPUTES; APPLICATION OF THE LAW
58. The law of the Slovak Republic shall govern all relations between the Client and the Bank unless agreed otherwise. Any disputes between the Bank and the Client belong to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Slovak Republic, per subject and place in accordance to the regulations of the civil courts order. Nevertheless, the Bank may, at its sole discretion, take legal action before any other court having jurisdiction, especially that of Client's residence, but with the law of the Slovak Republic still remaining applicable.
59. In particular cases, on the Bank’s request an agreement will be made with the Client on the subject character of another court.
60. In the case any provision contained in these Terms and Conditions should become invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions contained herein shall not in any way be affected or impaired.
