S. MISCELLANEOUS
61. In the case any provision contained in these Terms and Conditions should become invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions contained herein shall not in any way be affected or impaired.
62. The headings of the articles and paragraphs of these Terms and Conditions are intended for the convenience only and shall not in any way affect the meaning or interpretation of any provision or these Terms and Conditions.
63. All Client's obligations and approvals shall be considered as permanent and
valid during validity of any contractual relation with the Bank and their
validity is conditional for a provision of any Bank duties.
